iOS devices, MobileMe: Syncing does not work as expected with Microsoft Office 2010 using Click2Run

MobileMe and iTunes will not sync with Microsoft Outlook 2010 if you are using Click2Run. Outlook will not appear as a selectable sync option if you use Click2Run to run Microsoft Office 2010.
